INDEMNITY ACT. (BI TlliEGEAPH—p'eess association —COPYRIGHT.) Durban, July 23. The Indemnity Act, ratifying actions committed under martial law in connection with the Zulus, has passed the Assembly and tho Legislative Council. An Act of Indemnity ratifying actions done under martial law — and usually marking l the termination of martial law—has to bo assonted to by the Home Government. It is this fact which has mado tho differences between the Home .Government and Natal so delicate a matter.
