The motion; was carried unanimously; The President';., returnedthanks, i.-and .said that; though, ho would have preferred a spell, it- seemed to bo the; general opinion of delegates 'that' Ill's : services "would be of benefit and therefore ho would not decline tho honour offered to him. . The President moved, and it was resolved— "That the permit or license of any' registered club that does not hold ; a meeting for two years be, ipso facto, cancelled."
