In conneotion with the Missions to Seamen, a "Rainbow" bazaar will be held on July 29. A' competition for home-made sweets will be one of tho features of tho undertaking. Colonel Hoskin, chief secretary for the Salvation Army of Australasia, will lead united gatherings at tho Vivian Street Citadel tomorrow, at 11 a.m., 3 p.m., and 7 p.m. A special advertisement appears in tho church column concerning the open platform method. It will bo remembered that last winter tho Rev. .T. J. North conducted' a series of meetings for men only, which were very popular. This year, in response to many requests, women aro also to be invited. On Sunday night, Mr. North will preach on "Tho Terms on which Life is Worth Living." The after-mooting will immediately follow, and anyone, of whatover opinion, may speai for seven minutes on tho subject of the evening.
