Fisher (h'on. sec!)j;'and Miss Higgie. .Tho -.monthly report submitted by tho senior:dis-|-trust nurse, showed that' 24 additional patients had .been registered during' Juno and 15 discharged. ; :r Nurses Sexton, "and. Macaridrow paid: 992 : visits to .the'sick poor, and found much' Sickness . and misery .among many o!. the patients. :.Nurse Sexton,'rendered "first aid" . to,ay-man. with a.broken ■ a.rm, ■ and her , trcatinenttwas commended by >the doctor wlio ' subsequently 'attended tho case! Life is at such high pressure with;us that we have not time to delve for the good things the air of reserve may. conceal.
