In the case against James Waller, charged with seven broaches of the Bankruptcy Act, the Judge recorded a conviction, and ordered accused, to appear for sontenco when called upon, adding that ho would be called on wlion ho appeared for his discharge, when all tho facts of his having failed to ob-' tain his discharge from his first bankruptcy, and having contracted fresh liabilities, would be thoroughly gone into.
