A force of Cossacks and soldiers surrounded the Persian Parliament buildings at Tokoran, and demanded tlie surrender of somo persons whose arrest the Shah had ordored. Parliament rofused. Some of its supporters fired on tho Cossacks, killing several. • Tho Shah then sent artillery, which bombarded Parliament House. STREET FICHTINC IN TEHERAN. MUTILATION AND TORTURE. WOMEN AND CHILDREN KILLED. (Rec. June 25, 0.15 a.m.) Berlin, June 24. Teheran telegrams received in Berlin state that streot fighting continued all day. Armod revolutionists, defenceless citizens, and oven women and children were ruthlessly shot by the soldiers. Many "were mutilated and tortured. Eighteen reform leaders were arrested, and, loaded with chains, were taken before the Shah, who ordered their immediate execution. THE DEATH LIST. MASSACRE OF 800 CITIZENS. (Rec. June 25, 0.28 a.m.) London, June 24. . The Revolutionaries in Persia lost 300 in the fighting. Tho losses of tho troops woro insignificant. The "Daily Expross" states that 800 citizens of Tehoran wero massacred,

All the prominent Nationalists, including members of Parliament and chief priests, were arrested. • Much looting took place.
