June 24, 9.52 p.m.) London, Juno 24. ■ Russia, supported by Great Britain, has called tho attention of tho Porto to tho dopredations limmitted by Kurds in' the Urumia district, provinco of Azerbaijan, Porsia; also to the annexation of portions of Persian territory. Russia urged tho Porto to recall tho Turkish military force which has been oporating In Porsia, and to prevent further violation of Persian territory. ' A Russian' naval squadron, under Admiral Zivinski, with a torpedo flotilla, left Sobastopol on Tuesday for Turkish wators.
