An ordinary meeting of the .Referees' Association was held last evening, about n dozen members attending. Mr K. C. Morpeth occupied the chair. Referring to the. Conference of New Zealand Referees, as proposed by tho Auckland Association, a further letter was received from that Association, suggesting that Tuesday, July 28, bo tho dato fixed for tho conf'crenco at Wellington. Tho secretary was instructed to writo to tho various centres inviting, thorn to send' a representative, or failing a dologatc, -to forward any questions and rulings for discussion. It was decided to hold a meeting on the last Tuesday of every future month. Sir. W. J. Organ was olected chairman for the remainder of tho meetings. Four now members wero elected.
