Owing to an increase in the number of women terrorists, tho Government has expelled all fomale students from Russian Universities. This order affects 2300 womon. PRISONERS PLOT. INNOCENT AND GUILTY ALIKE SHOT. < St. Petersburg, June 22. The Government was interpellated in the Duma on tho subjcct of an outbreak in the prison at Ekaterinoslav (South Russia). As a result, it was shown that tho police discovered a plot nmong political prisoners, but, instead of stopping it; encouraged it until a signal was givon. Mr. Will Tho.rno, Labour member for West Ham South, addressing his constituents, protested' against the King visiting tho Tsar. Mr. Thorne declared that the Tsar was an assassin, since ho had power to prevent the crimes now being committed.
