ADVERSE DECISION. nr TELEQIUfH—PRESS ASSOCIATION —COTTIUGnT. (Rec. June 21, 4.40 p.m.) '' London', Juno 20. New York telegrams report that 150 out of 300 police who were on duty at Sheep's Head Bay Races were, withdrawn owing to an injunction being by tho State Supreme Court against the dispersion of groups on lawns or in betting rings,- on the mero assumption that they are engaged in hotting. The managers of the racecourses regard this development as a great victory.
