Association, held,.on jriday ..night, Mr; Burrell presiding, it was 'agreed to fix the auditors' remuneration at the same figure as last year, Viz., £3 3s each. . Donations were received as follows Mr. I). B. Barrett £10/10s., Mr. F. S. Ellerm £1 Is., and .Messrs. Barraud and Abraham £10 10s. A vote of thanks was passed. Mr. Sandilands proposed that committeemen: proposing new members-should be responsible.' for thosa members' .firat annual fee. Mr. Booth seconded, and' Messrs'. Campbell, Strahan, Jackson, Porrett, and Bramwell spoko against-the motion. In reply, Mr; Sandilands pointed out that there were 200 members on tho books who ,werc in arrears ivith their subscriptions, and he was against having "deadheads" on tho books. The motion was lost, Messrs. Sandilands and Booth voting in favour. The next show was fixed for the first Tuesday. and Wednesday in February. -
