THE ELECTORAL BOUNDARIES.' OJT TELEGRAPH—rEESS ASSOCIATION.) Gore, June 19. The Hon. R. M'Nab addressed his constituents at Mataura this evening. He was greeted with a packed hall. The Minister reforrcd exhaustively to the land legislation of the past session, and its successful operation in tho settlement of the land. Ho condemned the work in his own electorate of the Boundary Commissioners, and advocated Parliament fixing the electoral boundaries. He stated that a Second Ballot Bill would be introduced next session. He received a unanimous vote of thanks and confidence.
