MORE MISSIVES ABOUT THE RAM FAIR. The; General Committee of the Wairarapa A. and, P. Association mot at Carterton yesterday (writes our Wairarapa corresponr' Howard Booth in the chair. Tho treasurer's statement showed a debit balance of £197 2s. In the unavoidable absence of Mr. H. R Bunny, Mr. C. Reid moved: "That tho National Dairy Association be asked to dis-i cuss the. question of grading Now Zealand cheese in London." ■ The motion was carried. ... TheMastorton A. i and P. Association wrote_ stating'that'in future it would conduct its own ram and! ov/o fair separately • from Wairarapa., ,On the:motion of Mr. W. C. Buchanan it was decided that a committee, comprising~ Messrs. H. R. Bunny, H Morison, W. Howard Booth, and G. W. Dellcr.be deputed to make inquiry into the 1 f lst ory, which led up to the affiliation. o f the .Mastcrton and Wairarapa ram fairs in 1897; and'report on-the matter. Messrs.. A.. .Matthews, W. C. Buchanan, H. M'Fliee; R. Cooper, A. Clarke, J. G. Oat-es, with the President, vice-presidents, and treasurer, were appointed a committee to select judges for the forthcoming spring show, and to meet tho Programme Commit- • too on July 3to make .tho necessary arrangements in oach department. : The-.. .-Mastorton A. and P. Association wrote to the effcct that in tho matter, of ram fair expenses, tho Wairarapa Association was in debt to the extent of £3 6s. 8d , On the motion of Mr. E. Englo, jun., it was • decided to inquire from tho Masterton Association why it had not yet paid the expenses of the Wairarapa delegates for tho ram fair of 1907. ( Eight new members, wore elected.
