DUNEDIN FANCIERS' SHOW.
WELLINGTON EXHIBITORS. (BY TELEGEAPH.-TSPECIAI- COEBBSPONDENT.) DiinGdin, Juno 19. Of tho Wellington exhibitors of dogß at the Fanciers' Club's Show the. most prominent was Mr. Yv. Baine, of Selwyn Terrace. Mir. Maude, tho judge, pronounced the Scotch terriers generally to bo first-class in point of quality, though not extra numerous; Ha waxed enthusiastic over Nell o' Killiccrankie, shown by Mr. W. Baine, of Wellington. After mentioning that she took tho special prizo for the best sporting dog in the show, ho added: —" Sho is undoubtedly tho best bitch of tho breed I havo over seen." Mr. C. E. Cutts, of Ingestre Street, had bad luck with his bulldogs, which oomprised Sheffield Boss, Sheffield Pybus, and Sheffield Iras, Thoy wero shipped on the Waikare, and owing to the late arrival of that boat, they did not reach Dunedin until an hour or so after tho judging of this section was comple|ed. Mr. E. T. Taylor, of Courteimy Plato, soorod a second in the novice class, and third in the open class with his bulldog.
