A court nominated by the British Privy Coitncil is trying Mr. Bethell, editor of a nowspaper published at Seoul, on a charge of creating seditious disturbances in Korea. Tho Japanese Resident Governor (Prince Ito) is ' prosecuting. Tho defence contends that Japan has no control over Korea.
