An impressive intercession service on behalf of the aims and objects of the PanAnglican Congress was held at noon to-day in Westminster Abbey. Tho' service included somo gems of penitential music and tho hymn, " Come, Holy Ghost," was sung with thrilling effect. Five thousand mombers of tho Congress, with their wives and daughters, attended a garden party given by Lord Strathcona at his Hertfordshire residence, Knebworth Park.
