Tho Masterton A. and P. Association is altering its constitution in order to increase by six-the number pf members oil its general committee. It is, understood that tlie increase will be absorbed by South Wairarapa representation, arid that tho total number of tho committee will be thirty, with the president and vice-nrcsident ex-officio
