BRUTAL NON-COMS. BY TELEGRAPH PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYIiIOHT, Berlin, June 14, Two sergeants of the Fourth Guards, a crack Gorman regiment, liavo been sentenced in Berlin to be degraded and imprisoned for fifteen and twelvo months respectively, and two others to minor sentences, for belabouring recruits with riding whips, and using other forms of brutality.
