Sir Joseph Ward is to deliver his first political speech in Wairarapa since attaining tho Premiership on Wednesday, Juno 24, when ha will' speak in the Greytowri Town Hall, which has not been used for a similar purpose since Mr. Seddon spoke there in his famous election campaign m 1905.
