A .passage in King Edward's speech at Reval declared that ho wa'S convinced tho recent Anglo-Russian convention would conduce to.the satisfactory and amicable settlement of some momentous questions in the future. This is interpreted to refer to Macedonia. - MOBILISATION OF REDIFS. Constantinople, June 11. Owing to tho rocrudescenco of Greek brigandage, the Sultan has ordered the mobilisation of ten moro battalions of lledifs (reservists of tho Turkish Army) in the vilayet of Monastir (which is 87 miles, west-north-west of tho Turkish port ,of Salonica, and about an equal distance north of tho Greek frontier).
