Any schiol . meeting the holder of- the - shl6ld _ jri the course of; its ordinary ; association Or' school matches has ,• the right to declare • beforehand to the New Zealand Criokefc Council, and to the school holding the shield, . that such match sh6uld also be a challenge match, provided such match be, played .to a finish.
