(BY TELEGRAPH.—-SMOIAL CORnESrONDENT). Labour is still scare in tho Kimbolton district. Workmen cling to tho railway line while farmers aro crying out for labourers for tho operations on their land. Thero are two candidates for a vacancy on the Feilding Borough Council, caused by the resignation of Mr. Darragh, namely, Messrs. John Bartholomew and G. J. Webster, both of whom are familiar with the borough's affairs. Mr. Bartholomew has already had experience as a member of the council, and Mr. Webster was at one time the borough engineer. The election is fixed for next Monday.. ,
