' The evidenco shows that dynamite cartridges and a full plant for the manufacture of bombs have been unearthed ih a garden at Manick-Tollah, with a circular stating that sweets (meaning' bombs) are ready for distribution,' and that the time is ripo. . : It is believed that a branch of the Manick-, Tollah factory has beeli discovered at Syl'hot, where similar explosives have been discovered.
