UPPER HUTT LAND SALE.

A crowded audience was present at the Exchange Land Mart of Messrs. T. Kennedy Macdonaldj Limited, on Saturday night, when tliAt company submitted to auction the Riverbank portion of tlio Dominion Estate, Upper Hutt, the property well-known as owned by Mr. James.,Bvown, situate in the heart of the>'Hipper'Hutt Township. Tho bidding throughout was very keen, the result of the sale being 40 ■sootions sold cut of 53 offered. They were put up at' upset, prices ranging from £30 per section.
