THE SAILORS' REST.
The concert last night given by tie Catholic Sailors' Institute was an unqualified success. Items were contributed by tho following:—Misses Carey (who also accompanied), Thomas, and Reichcl, Messrs. Healey, Ellen (2), Kay, Rowberry, Falsey, Boyd, Gamble, M'Konzic, and Knowlos. Each of tho items on tho long programme was most enthusiastically encored. At tho close, the Superintendent (Mr. Wearn) gavo a few statistics regarding the work done by him during the last year, and called for a voto of thanks to the- performers, which was responded to with cheers. The concort for next Monday is boing arranged by Miss Gladys Cohen.

Cabinet lias also accepted a tender for ths supply of mooring buoys for tho MaDBDaxtment.. ■
