GRADING OF CHEESE AND BUTTER.
V A POINT FOE DISCUSSION. Mr. H. R. Bunny, "president of the Wairarapa A. and P. Association, has given notice of motion,''' "that the National -.Dairy Association be asked, to discuss the questionof the grading of. Now ZeaJand cheese in" England." , / It'is very likely-(writes jour Wairarapai correspondent) that Mr. Bunny!s motion willalso inolude butter/ and that the whole question will be discussed at the National Dairy Convention this ;month in North.. For some time/, it..'has been stated that something of this kind should bo done, owing to tho allegod difference of opinion re-, garding quality between the New Zealand graders "and'the English buyers. It is, how, evor, very likely that Mr. .Cuddie will have something; important to say on'this subject' when ho returns from England in tho'course of a few weeks, and until he has ma<le an announcement it is hardly, likely that the laattor will" bo tackled in 'earnest.'
