NEW CHEESE CONTEST.
As 'an outcome of 'a. proposal : made last. month by the Wairarapa .A. and P. 'Association (writes ; our: Wairarapa correspondent), representatives of the South Wairarapa cheese companies have 'met, and decided to recommend the inclusion /of a' new class for the next 'spring show, J "to : be held at' Carterton;..The.'class;is 'to be a cheese, exhibit; 'first-graded)at' Wellington, - then again.in England, .upon which! grading prizes are to bo awarded!" The National Dairy Association is to be asked to superintend the grading, and "the transit of' the- exhibit' to Britain. It is intended that-the prizes to be offered wiU 1 bo substantial. '
