A WELCOME DECISION. It is understood that the Government has decided; to-.'convert the Drill Shed near the Arcadia into- a permanent Colonial Agricultural Museum. - This housing of tho. valuable specimens which thS; Biologist has in his charge has long been in need of settlement, arid vlid decision, if it will adequately meet the requirements,' will -be generally welcomed. Our, doubt ,is whether the Drill Hall will afford sufficient light for tho specimens to be- properly seen. This is an. important factor, and. will, we expect, be properly considered. • .
