; -.CITY COUNCIL CRITICISED. .The City Corporation came in for some criticism at. the hands of the Makara County Councillors in regard to tho still-delayed erection of tlio municipal; abattoirs, which will bo situated within the boundaries of'the.county. At tho meeting of .the County; Council 'in 1 Saturday .six applications for slaughtering "licenses were received.: _ Councillor P.
