Tumor, vice-president, was in tho chair, and thore v/as -a good attendance of monibors. ) .Short .-speeches' were made by sovoral members,tho. most interesting being on tlio quostion "Whether Civilisation is Beneficial to tlio Savage llacosp" This subject provoked -considerable discussion. The matter was finally decided in tlie negative. Several new. members were enrolled, and tho Club promises to bo.a great success,. .
