Tho Socialist party has been advised that Mr. Tom Mann will nrrive from Sydney on Wednesday to attend the Congress of .the Now, Zealand Socialist Party, which is to he held at Wellington (luring Easter. The visitor .will'bo received on arrival by, members, of the party, and will be entertained at a social evening on Thursday. On the Saturday evening a reception to delegates to . the pongress, who 'are expected to number over fifty, representing the different parts of the Dominion, will be held in the Socialist Hall. It has been arranged that Mr. Mann will address a mass rnceting in the l Opera House on Easter Sunday. The Congress , w.ill bogin on Enster Monday, portion pf the business being to arrange a fighting platform to consolidate the party's action. during the forthcoming general el'cc» tion." Tho Congress will elect a paid organiser, at-a salary of £5 per week, to work the; Wellington district.
