Tlio water is led by six-inch spiral steel pipes on. a fall of -130 feet from the; intake to a twerfoot Pelton'-wheel, the '• pressure, being sufficient to .develop six/horse-power. The power thus: obtained- operates the Wolscly shearing machines in the shed, also operates 'a' saw-bench whero firewood is cut, and will be availablo for chaff putting or. any other purposo whore power is required. ; It would also-be'.admirably.',adapted for installation of an electric. light ■ service. ,; As ■farmers-,in the Dominion have to be, to some extent, jacks-of-all-trades,; Mr..Tylee has,.,with a little assistance,: done practically the whole of ;the work in connection with , this interesting installation of. water-power. ■■
