HIGH SPEED MOTORING AND CYCLING.

Sir,—l read, with amusement a letter, in voiir issue of the 20th inst., complaining about " high speed motoring and cycling." Your correspondent states that "they travel twice the speed of the electric cars." 'Tho top speed of theso cars is, if I am not mistaken, about 25 or 30 miles an hour, so, therefore, motor ears and bikes travel at tho rate of 50 miles an hour. .. Tho idea is absurd. Anybody who has ridden a binyclo knows how difficult it is to keep up with a car travelling at top' speed. Thero certainly aro a' few .individuals who think they own the.road, but I do not see why all'bicyclists and motorists should bo designated dangerous.—l am, etc., CYCLIST. March 24. . .. -{. "
