Ho was the recipient last ovening of a presentation, travelling bag and rug,' and his wife and children received presents of jewellery. Tresidder has nqV decided whether he will return to the Dominion. He says he has not .the slightest 1 intention pf rowing again, and will hand 'over the Australian championship Thorpughgood, who has challenged him. Ho ridicules tho suggestion of Fogwell and others that he was not properly fit when he rowed Webb, and is convinced that lie is as good as ever, and rowed up to his best form on the day, but met a better man.
