THE SHEEP FLY.
• ALARM IN WAIRARAPA. The Maoterton Stock Office -has received some specimens from a Tenui farmer.which are believed to be sheep maggot flies (says our Wairarapa correspondent). In colour, size, and tho peculiar marks there is a great .resemblance to the originals described in tho leaflets of Mr. J. A. Gilruth, Chief Government Veterinarian. The specimens hayo been forwarded to .Mr. Gilruth for examination. ;
