GRAND FETE TO-DAY. f The grand garden fete to bo held in connection with the re-opening of the Home of Compassion at Island Bay this afternoou-.is to' pe/opened ''"at.' 2.30' o'clock 'by their Excellencies, Lord and Lady Plunket.
