Fester, a debt of £2 us. 2d., debtor ivas ordered to pay on or before March 12, in default three days' imprisonment. In the case, Macdonald, Wilson and ,Co. v. Wm. A. Edwards, a debt of £27 18s., debtor was ordered to pay on or beforo March 12, in default ono month's imprisonment.,. No orders were, mado in tho following cases:—Wm. J. Jorgcnscn v. John G. '. M'Farlane and Co., drapers, sued Alfred Evans for £1 13s; Gd. being one week's rent, £1 2s. Gd. in lieu of notice, and for repairs to a drain lis. His Worship gave judgment for plaintiff for tho amount claimed for rent, £1 2s. 6:1., with costs Gs. Mr.'Levvey appeared for nlaintiff. Tho GreKiiouth and Point Elizabeth Railway Company, Ltd., sued Alfred Evans for, £2 17s. for coal supplied in 1905. Tho items in-■ tho claim were not disputed, but defendant'alleged that ho paid moro than ho had been'given credit'for. His Worship gave judgment for plaintiff for £2 45., and costs £1 12s. Mr. Neave appeared for plaintiffs.
Finality was readied in tho case of tho Flesh Food and Ico Co.; Ltd., v. Ruihi Wolii-, peihana, storokcopor, Oh'au, a claim for £2 65., tho valuo of a box of butter said to havo been delivered by plaintiffs to defon-i dant. Defendant claimed that bo bad never rcooived tho box of butter in question. Judgment was given for defendant with costs £1 Is. Mr. Ulrich appeared for defendant, and Mr. Von Ilaast for plaintiff.'
