F, COOPER^ The death occurred ,at a lat© hour on Sunday of Mr. Frederick Cooper, the oldestablished and well-respected seedsman and nurseryman, of Wellington; at his residence, Alicetown, Lower Hutt, at the age of 67 years.' His nursery at tho Hutt has been tended personally by Mr. Cooper for forty years, and tlioro has been no mora successful prizetaker at local horticultural shows than tho deceased. Mrs. Cooper, who died two years ago, was the only daughter of tho late Mr. Robert Holt Carpenter. . Mr. Cooper's death was duo to paralysis. He has left six daughters and two sous, viz., Mrs. H. Fames, Mrs. V. Sanderson,-Mrs. S. Potter, Mrs. A. Hall, Mrs. G>. Cook, Miss Cooper, and Messrs. Frederick and Gcorgo Cooper. Tho sons havo conducted tho town husinqss. for. some jyears past, and Miss Cooper's florist shop in Manners Street is wcll-knowu to all lovers of flowers.
