LAND SALE.
An Ashburton Press Association message states that a further 3250 acres of Mr. Duncail Cameron's woll-known Springfield estate was offered for salo by auction on Saturday, and 2310" acres were sold at pricos ranging from £10 to £22 ss'. per acre. Tho total price, of the land sold was £35,052 2s. 6d. Tho average price per acre was £15 3s. lOd.
