Macdonald, Wilson and Co. reinsert the detailed advertisement of the sale by private treaty of Mr. James Brown's property, Upper Ilutt, which has been subdivided into 6G sections. - This firm reports'a good demand " for the sections, and urges intending buyers to make an early inspection. Lithographic plans, with the reserve prices, will be posted to any address, or can be obtained on application to'the firm.
