ANNIVERSARY DAY.
HOLIDAY 'ATTRACTIONS. No one should find it difficult to spend a pleasant holiday to-morrow (Anniversary Day). A fancy-dress carnival and floral fete will be held at "Wonderland," where several other holiday attractions are provided. The Wellington .-Racing Club will hold its second dav's races at Trentham. Races will also bo held at Foxton. A carnival will take place at Woreer Day, which promises to be of a very interesting and entertaining nature. The ferry boats will run to Seatoun, Day's Bay, and other harbour resorts. Special train arrangements are announced, ami thcßellevue Gardens and Mnsou's Gardens, near Lower Hutt, will doubtless have numerous visitors. In the evening the Pollard Juvenile. ComRany will give a performance in the Opera [ousc, Montgomery's Pictures will occupy the Town Hall, and tho "Royal" Pictures llin Majesty's Theatre. Messrs. Puller and Sons will provide entertainment in tho Theatre Royal, and a benefit concert is to be held in the Druid's Hall. " Wonderland" will be illuminated with 1000 additional fairy lamps.
