Four suffragettes arrested outsido Sir H. Campljen-Bannorman's honso declined- to sign a recognisance to bo of good behaviour, and were gont to gaol for threo weeks. Sir Henry Campbell-Bnnnerman, who 15 personally' a supporter, of women's suffrage, arid who voted last year for Mr. Dickinson's rejected ■Bill, recently advised the suffragettes to ' keep on pestering people." This advice is always re-quoted by the Press when a Minister meets with trouble, from the suffragettes.
