A civil sitting of the Magistrate's Court was held to-day, when out of sixty odd cases set down for hearing only one was defended. Mr. W. H. Cruickshank has been, appointed. dolegate for Greytowu. Borough Councilto vote for the election of a Harbour Board representative.
