MOVEMENTS OF MINISTERS.
(DY TELEGnArn —PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Napier, January 15. Tho Hon. R. M'Nab (Minister for Lands), and tho Hon. J. Carroll (Nalivo Minister) arrived by tho Monowai yesterday morning. . Tlioy wero mot by tho Mayor (Mr. J. Vigor Brown), and driven round tho town and over tho Wharconiaraenui reserve. In the aflor-' noon they left by special coach for Wairoa. On arrival at Wairoa, tho party went by launch to Tnriron. Tho Minister for Lands received several deputations, and also laid tho foundation-stone of n new Presbyterian Church at Wairoa. Ho will address a pu()lic meeting at that plaeo to-night.
