DEMAND FOR LAND.
Thero is evidently a keenness among people in outside localities to acquire land in tho Aorangi Government Settlement. Tho other day (writes our special Manawatu correspondent), another small holding of thirty acres L.1.P.. was sold at the substantial pries of £900 for goodwill, and yet tho owner now rogrets that he sold out.
