NEW TERMS OF LEASE. The term of lease in the oase of -all thesis lands is 33 years; with a porpetual right of renewal for "further successive terms of 3,' i voars. Tho old condition was a lenso for '999 years. The rental is 4J per cent, .pw annum on tho capital value, as against 5 per cent, under the old regulations. It is understood that- applicants will not bo able to ballot for hind' under more than one classification. Tho other conditions of tenuro aro unchanged.
