He was one. of the best resoqeted business men of the city. ■ A pensioner named Andrew Mitchell, G7 yeijirs of age, died suddenly, this morning at Port Chalmers, Where he had bean earning his living for many.years as a fisherman. Death is attributed to heart failure. :
