SEATOUN TRAMWAY.
' Tho long-deferred opening of the Seatoun section of tlio electric tramway systoin is to tako placo to-day. All tlios'o invited aro notified that two special cars will leave tho junction of Courtenay l'laco and Kont Terrace at 2.-15 p.m. for tlio Seatoun tunnel, whoro tho, first car will break through stretched ribbons, while tho Mayoress (Mrs. C. Crawford) declares tho tunnel open. Tlio Mayor will doliver a briof speech, after which tho cars will proceed on to the Seatoun terminus, when the party will adjourn to tho seasitlo residence of Air.. Herbert ltawson, whoro tea and cakes will be interspersed with short speeches suitablo to the occasion. Tho ordinary passenger servico will commence on Monday morning.
