A decision is to hand in tho caso of Lieutenant Woods, of the second battalion of the Grenadier Guards, who alloged that, because ho wits more studious than others, his carcor had been impeded owing to his superiors bcycotting him, hoping that he would resign. ■ • ', V Tho Army.
