Lord Selborno, High Commissioner for South Africa, speaking at Benoni, deprecated tho censure passed upon Natal Ministers in connection with the present movement against tho Zulus. "The Ministers of Natal," said Lord Sclborne, "are no less humane than their Transvaal or British critics."
